The Seal It Green® family of products was developed to make your life easier and bring beauty back to your outdoor and indoor living spaces. We take your satisfaction seriously. You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of the purchase with proof of purchase. We will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping, once the product has been received at our warehouse.
Our Products come with a 100% satisfaction, money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, send us before and after pictures that clearly show your dissatisfaction and return the remaining product and we will promptly refund the purchase price less shipping.
For kits larger than a quart, we will refund the purchase price less shipping if the following four conditions are completely met: 1) You are not satisfied with the performance of the product and produce proof of purchase; 2) You applied the product precisely as instructed; 3) You supply before and after pictures showing that the surface being restored was a typical surface identified on any Renu websites (vinyl siding, shutters, garage doors, patio furniture, etc.) AND that the product did not bring back at least 50% of the original color; 4) All unused material must be returned. We will not offer a refund or replacement product for use on any white surface. We will also not provide a refund if the product was sold to any corporation, nonprofit or any individual or group of individuals purchasing the product in order to profit from its use (contractors, pressure washers, professionals, etc.). Finally, we will not offer refunds on any order over $450. If you plan on ordering more than $450 worth of product and want to better understand our return policy please contact Richard at RWINGET@ONESOURCEORGANICS.COM PRIOR to making a purchase. If an order is canceled after the product has shipped it will be subject to the restrictions contained herein.
